Plants are low-energy providers. They are rich in dietary fibers, micronutrients, amino acids, and bioactive phytochemicals.


Synthetic foods are health hazards. They are the main causes of non-communicable diseases that are responsible for the highest percentage of global deaths. It is crucial to consume unprocessed or minimally processed foods to boost the overall well-being of the body and prevent the incidences of acquiring lifestyle diseases. A thoughtful minimal modification of traditional foods can be more beneficial to human health than the use of artificially produced food materials.
